Policies
Returns Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect or faulty. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund to your original payment method.

Incomplete Order / Missing Items Policy
If your order arrives with missing items or components, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In these cases, Whisper North will provide a replacement for the affected items once the claim is approved. Claims for missing items must be submitted within 10 days of the order being marked as delivered.
For items lost or damaged in transit, additional conditions may apply. To submit a claim, you’ll need to provide proof of purchase, and in some cases, photo and/or video evidence may be required. Replacements will only be issued once we have confirmed that your order was shipped with missing items or components.
Order Cancellation
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of placing the order. After this time, your order will begin processing and may only qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with our policies. Please note that cancellation and modification requests made outside of business hours will not be processed.

Whisper North provides shipping services to the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C.
Processing time:
2-3 Days processing time from point of order.
Order Fulfillment:
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, for in-stock orders, please give up to 7 days for your order to be picked, packed, processed and delivered.
Please be aware, deliveries over national holidays can be expected to be over 7 days.
Shipping Timing:
Shipping options and associated costs are displayed during the order checkout process. Once an order is processed, you should receive your products within 7 business days.
Chargeback Policy
Resolving Issues First
If you experience a problem with your order, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Most issues, such as missing, incorrect, or faulty items, can be resolved quickly through our support team.
Unauthorized Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is considered a breach of our store policies. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide proof of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and communication records to the payment processor.
Fraudulent Claims
Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback claims will be fully investigated. We may refuse future service and pursue collection efforts or legal action if necessary.
